About this page

Our Unwritten Seoul (미지의 서울) is a tvN weekend drama that aired from May 24 to Jun 29, 2025, and streams on Netflix. Park Bo-young plays twin sisters who swap lives, opposite Park Jin-young. The drama was made with Seoul City’s “Seoul, My Soul” brand, and the city published its own guide to the filming places.

Because Seoul City worked with the production, its guide counts as one source, so the Seoul places here are reported. Places known only from fan research are fan-spotted: we say only that they appear in the drama.

Walk the drama’s Seoul

The Seoul places run as one route: Bukchon, Gamgodang-gil and Ikseon-dong; down to Gwangtonggyo, Hanbit Plaza and Myeong-dong; up Toegye-ro 20-gil; across to DDP; then the Han River at Dongjak Bridge, Banpo and Nokt; Yeouido; and Seongsu last.

The hometown ‘Dusonri’

The twins’ hometown is fictional. Fans place it around villages in South Chungcheong and the Jeolla provinces. People live and farm there, so only public places and village areas are listed, never individual houses.

Getting there

In Seoul, use Naver Map (English UI) or Seoul Metro for the nearest subway station. For places outside Seoul, check Korail or search the route on Naver Map.

FAQ

Why are the Seoul City places only "Reported"?
Seoul City co-branded the drama, so its guide is not independent of the production. A place becomes Confirmed when a second, independent source names it.
Is the hometown village a real place?
Dusonri is fictional. Filming took place in real farm villages; please respect residents' privacy.
Will this page use drama stills?
No. The only drama footage is the official trailer embedded from YouTube.
