An Indian film set in Seoul

Made in Korea (다시, 서울에서) follows Shenba (Priyanka Mohan) from a small town in Tamil Nadu to Seoul, a city she knows only from K-dramas. Korean press noted that it shows the tourist landmarks alongside everyday Seoul: traditional markets, neighborhood alleys, a city stream and the Han River. The film is not related to the 2025 Disney+ series Made in Korea.

Two Korean newspapers name the places: Kookmin Ilbo and JoongAng Ilbo. Places both name are labeled confirmed; places only one names are labeled reported. Neither paper matches most places to a specific scene, so this guide does not either.

First time in Seoul, like Shenba

  • From Incheon Airport: the AREX airport railroad runs to Seoul Station. Check times and fares on its site.
  • Transit card: a rechargeable T-money card works on Seoul’s subway and buses.
  • Help in English: the Korea Tourism Organization runs the 1330 Korea Travel Hotline for travel information and interpretation. A translation app on your phone helps with menus and signs.

Priyanka Mohan’s 2026 Korea tourism trip

These are not filming locations. In June 2026 the Korea Tourism Organization made Priyanka Mohan an honorary tourism ambassador, and her week-long trip took in Seoul Forest, Tongin Market, Eunpyeong Hanok Village and two museums in Gyeongju, Herald Business reported.
