Yulje itself is fictional — it is the drama's hospital name, not a real place.

JoongAng (February 2025) reports that several Hankuk National University Hospital scenes of the Ju Ji-hoon and Choo Young-woo series — predominantly exterior shots, plus some interiors — were filmed at Ewha Womans University Medical Center in Gangseo. A second source has not confirmed this stop yet.
