ACCESS Finished in 1972 and described in the press as Korea's first mixed-use apartment building still standing, it follows the curve of a stream covered over beneath it. People live here: look at the exterior from the street only, keep your voice down, and do not photograph residents or enter the building. The ground-floor shops are ordinary businesses. In 2021 the area was named a candidate for a public redevelopment project, according to the press, so it may not stand for long.
